My google developer account got terminated few days back. They said that I violated intellectual property. But now can I open a different Admob and Google play developer account under my brothers name. I want to know does Google tracks home address that I had given while registering my admob account and I also had received payments couple of times from that account. I am in confusion what to do now. Has anyone faced same problem yet. I googled this issue and came to know that google traces all ip addresses and developer package name and credit card info. All will be different this time but address for verification by admob will be same as previously.
