LG F60 rooting/changing install location doesn't work

So recently I bought an LG F60 it's all cool and stuff but when it comes to storage I have like < 500mb .

I tried kingo root, it doesn't detect my phone at all.

I tried adb shell pm set-install-location 2, it works for photos but not for the android market install location... When I try to install stuff from android market which are ~1gb it tells me insufficient storage location on external storage although I just unboxed a 16gb sd card...
