No MTP mode, New sync cable, Kies doesn't recognize,USB drivers not doing anything WTF I537 4.4.2

Fist time caller, long time listener. Let me start off by saying I use to have hair but I've pulled it all out. I have an S4 Active I537 with a 4.4.2 ver. android build. I have pretty much never been able to connect to my PC, I'm using Windows 7. Samsung Techs are worthless, they only ask questions like, is that the original cable, did you take the battery out, is it in debug mode, did you install the drivers, ok uninstall and re install, is the sky blue? Absolutely nothing has worked. That being said in the past few days not only did the USB symbol stop coming up in the status bar but I've also lost my AT&T service because of a mistake that I made. I'm an ass. I would like to transfer all my pictures and what not and do a full factory refresh but I can't if my PC won't see it!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
