Note 2 not registered on Network

I am facing this issue since I update my phone firmware through Samsung kies PC suit. I went to the Samsung service center for the solution but they puts up their hands and said they are not getting the right solution even though after many OS updates in phone. They suggest me to change the mother board,this is only one option left for me.

I have been gone through many search in Google for solution but still not getting the right solution.

Status of My phone:-

1. IMEI no same as it was mentioned in my phone Box(Carton).


2. There is no problem in SIM slot.


3. Phone is in running condition. But not able to make any call. It showing only emergency call.


4. I compare my note 2(GT-N7100) with other note 2(GT-N7100) and seems that both phone have same MOdel Number, android version,Base-band Version, Kernal Version, Build Number and SE for Android Status etc.
