moto e is not turning on . blinks two times for 7 seconds and doesnt start and doesnt enter into recovery mode even

i have moto e and XT1022 . I was just updating my phone to kitkat, So during installing,after updating, it becomes switched off. After that neither screen turns on nor its charging. It only blinks after pressing power button for 7 second during plug it in to charger... Sooo please help me,i am waiting please . i tried all the solutions . i tried to hold volumedown button and power key for 2 mins around . but did not work
