Phone call problem

I am using htc one 806w android 4.4.3 version. when i am going to call from phone, it showed me to select the skype. then i have select one. then i have to stop that.. then again i have dial the number and then i getting access call from my phone.

i went to the setting>>app>>skype>>default... there i found no default set.. i cleared it also... but i do not get any solution.. if anyone know about this, kindly give me the solution.. thanks....
