Moto G2 Issues after lollipop update, We need to unlock the screen to pick an incoming call

When an incoming call is received, the screen is not waking up and not showing the caller information. To attend the call, we need to unlock our phone, know the caller info and pick the call.This is not situation with pre-lollipop. Please fix this or let me know if any settings need to be applied.
