sd card is not detected when am updated lollipop in moto g 2nd generation

am facing one problem in moto g 2nd generation,when am updated kitkat 4.4.4 to lollipop 5.0.2 .when am playing the song in moto g 2nd generation some time it will struck and automatically unmount the sd card. please help me...
