Can someone explain what could be the reason that two micro USB cables both charge my Samsung galaxy S3 phone but only one of them allows a data connection between my computer and phone?
Is one of them missing some internal wires? Is there any way to check the "Quality" of the cable (at home and/or at the store when you by it)?
