App that prompt user input details (name, password) and takes photos as proof

Hi I need help with developing an android app that allows user for one instruction on screen at a time. The user should input their credentials, then after take a photo. After that part user should enter friend1's name and take a photo of friend1, while the photo is taken a timer should start, then after he takes a photo of friend2 and again take a photo of friend2, then user now can either take friend3 or friend4 a picture if one of them is around (that is if he sees friend3 he will take the photo and move on to friend5 or if he sees friend4 he will take a photo of friend4 first then move to friend5, user cannot have both friend 4 and 5 captured) User then enters friend5's name and takes the photo and the timer stops and the data recorded is stored.
