/data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf decrypting

when i cat wpa_supplicant.conf file in samsung mobiles i see the passwords encrypted but when i open that file in LG mobiles i can see the passwords in plain text so is this a feature in samsung mobiles ??? and what kind of encryption is used to encrypt the password and how to decrypt them
