How to update pre-installed apps that is incompatible with my device

I just purchased an Asus Zenfone 5 and sign up a new Google account to use the phone's services. I can update almost the pre-installed app via the Asus System Update and Google Play Store. However, the 3 apps: Google Cloud Print, Google Play Games and Google Play Music which is already installed but is outdated. When I check the Google Play Store for the item on my PC it said the "This item cannot be installed in your device's country". I tried to follow this guide with Google Wallet but it doesn't work too. How can I update these apps?
