I cant use my keyborad

I have experience this head cracking problem with my samsung galaxy s3. I did some factory reset with my phone then suddenly I cant use the keyboars anymore, I cant even connect to the net bec it has a password. I already tried to fix it in the settings - language and keyboard, its says there DEFAULT but I couldnt change it. Can anyone help me regarding this.. Thanks
