safe backup application from android 4.3 Jelly Bean to 5 Lollipop

I have a Galaxy Nexus maguro and I updated from the stock 4.3 to the FML 5.0

I used Helium (Carbon) to backup all my app data on 4.3 but the restore didnt work on 5.0. Even Helium itself complained on 5.0.

So now I am back on 4.3, restore still doesnt work but I managed to get backup back manually (creating a dummy backup, substituting the dummy backup files with the real ones and then restoring the app datas)

So now I would like to know some reliable backup app in order to save all my app data from 4.3 to 5.0

Is Titanium what I am looking for?
