The default timer application on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean (which is part of the Clock stock application and includes Alarm, World clock, Stopwatch, Timer, and also Desk clock tabs as revealed by swiping these tabs horizontally) does not allow for setting multiple timers.
Of course, I could define several alarms in place of several timers, and there is an option to set the alarm name of each alarm, but this is not as convenient and as a side effect the list of alarms builds up leading to the user having to delete all redundant old alarms (whereas with timers once the time expires no data is retained once the timer is cleared or restarted).
So, I am looking for an application which allows you to set multiple named timers at the same time. This could be useful for things such as cooking where you may need to multitask and prepare different things at the same time and wait a certain amount of time before turning of different stoves which may have different associated timings and the timers could be named according to what's in the pot, for instance.
If anyone knows of such a multi-named-timer Android app please let me know.
Thanks.
