Why are Snapchat stories are glitchy from iPhone 6 users?

I sent this issue to the Snapchat support too. I rated the app with 1 star on the Play Store and still nothing. So I will try again.

When I view snapstories on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus from people with an iPhone 6 or 6+, the story is glitchy and corrupted. Does anyone know how to fix this? The audio is fine but the video is awful.
