I want to use my Alcatel One Touch Fierce (Android 4.1 I think) to connect to a larger touch screen monitor because the phone has too small a screen to use for my app. It will be used specifically with Roco Z21 Train Control for my model railroad which unfortunately does not have a windows version, only Apple or Android. I see lots of ways to use your phone as an extension for windows, but I need to go the otherway and use the phone to send the app and use the app on the LARGE touch screen monitor.....any help?
