GPS Link to open a map application

I need to create a list off GPS locations to share with many people at work. They will all use it with their android phones. I would like a link that when clicked lets them choose what app to open it with, MAPS, WAZE, TOMTOM etc. I am going to create the list in google drive, sheets or docs, but if I could save it as a PDF (keeping the hyperlinks active) to email out that would be great so that I can send it to people who do not have drive and they can keep it locally on their phone.
