Is it possible connect to the computer via cable despite a cracked LCD? [duplicate]

My Samsung S2 LCD is cracked and all my old pictures is inside the internal memory. Do I have to repair the LCD to get back my stuff or can I just connect to the computer via cable and it will load itself ? I'm asking because my changing port is also spoiled.
