moto g 2nd gen, signal not comming

I have recently updated my MOTO 2nd gen mobile to Lollipop.

if i connected to Wi-fi network then only my mobile signal comming.

Other wise it comming and showing !symbol at singnal bar and calls are not comming and

going.

I have cleared the catchee and rebooted my mobile also
