Recents apps Thumbnail doesn't rotate correctly

I am facing problem with my phone recent apps thumbnail. the story is, i'm trying to use SystemUI from kitkat rom on my JB rom, both is stock rom, the only different is the OS Version, everything work fine and compatible with the OS version except the recents apps thumbnail.

on the original Kitkat Rom, the thumbnail showed up in a correct way, here is for example how it looks like on the original Kitkat rom:

and when i'm using it on JellyBean Rom it turns out to be like this:

What can i do to get it into the right view as the original when i'm using it on my JB rom?
