How do I change Emergency dialer settings?

i have nexus 4. in israel, we have 3 different numbers for emergency cases- 100- police 101- ambulances 102- fire dept.

I work on ambulances, and uses the emergency no. Frequently. As the system update installed on my device i found that no matter what emergency number i dial, i reach the police. Can i dissable or cgange these setting?
