Depending on the source, I read difference answers to this question so it would be good to know all options.
As far as I know:
- By a tool when the device is rooted
- Factory reset
Other situations? Like when the android version is (automatically) upgraded. Is it possible that the Android ID changes after an action of an "average" user?
