Answering IARC's questionnaire on Google Play - Social Network

Google Play introduced a new aged-based rating system and developers have to answer to a questionnaire. It first asks me what is the category of my app, I chose "Social Networking".

However, the questions are very ambiguous to me and the "Learn more" button simply says "Choose 'Yes' if (same words of the question)", which explains nothing to me.

Would you please help me with the questions below?

Is the primary focus of the app to connect people for the purposes of dating or sexual relationships?

My app allows users to meet new people to chat, comment on photos, etc, which is a bit like a dating site, but we don't call it "dating app/site". Would you answer "Yes" on this one?

Is all content that may be inappropriate for young children (i.e., profanity, hate speech, racial slurs, violence, gore and sexuality) proactively blocked or prevented such that the app would be considered child-friendly?

While we try our best to keep our site/app clean, we don't guarantee all the contents are always deleted. Also, we do allow some "insulting", which is common on any chat/comment-based site. I wouldn't block a user just because they had an argument with someone else. Would you answer "No" to this one?

Does the app share user-provided personal information with third parties?

Does Google Adsense count? Also, my site is public. Does that mean we are sharing information with third parties?

Does the app share the user's current physical location to other users?

We don't get the Phone location of the user, but we do store the country (and city, if user provides it) at registration (or in Edit Profile). Does that mean I should answer "Yes" to this question?

Does the app allow users to purchase digital goods?

The app itself doesn't sell any digital goods, but user can do it in the actual website. What should I answer here?
