Galaxy S5 keeps restarting

I have recently gifted a Samsung Galaxy S5 and every time I turn it on I face with message:

check battery cover

Something similar to this one

But my main problem is that it restarts randomly too. Sometimes I take out the battery and put it back and it get fixed. Then after a while the restarting problem happens again(the average interval between finishing of startup and next restart is maybe 1 minute). I don't know if random restart is related to message of check battery cover. I also don't know if factory reset would help in this case.

Any suggestion?
