How to Fix 0049 IMEI corruption on GT-I9300?

My Phone's /efs Partition Got Corrupted due to Unknown Reasons,I Fixed Bootloop using This Method but Now I Have No Serial Number or IMEI, On xda they told me to go to the Repair shop or Something but It's Noruz(Something like Christmas) in Iran and Every shop in the city is Closed. Is there any other way to Fix it ? maybe something like Ariza patch?
